The Hong Kong Japanese Restaurant Association was established in 1979 for the development of Japanese cuisine in Hong Kong, and is now in its more than 40 year.
In the 80s, our Association has worked closely with the Japanese Food industry in various activities, such as solved the problems of mercury content in tuna fish. Also, we held eel festival to spread the Japanese food culture to the people in Hong Kong.
Today, you can find a Japanese restaurants everywhere, but our Association continues to contribute to the development of Japanese cuisine and food culture in Hong Kong.
If you are in the Japanese food industry, we would like to invite you to become a member.

Members will receive emails regarding Japanese restaurants. Also members are invited to join the monthly regular meeting.
Membership FeePrivate Member HK$1,200/year (1 member) Corporate Member HK$2,400/year (upto 3 members)
*The year period is from 1st April to 31st March. If you join in the middle of the year, the fee will be collected on a monthly rated basis.
