Greetings from the Chairman

Our association was established in 1979 with the approval of the Hong Kong Government. Our mission is to promote the penetration of Japanese food products into Hong Kong Market. Since establishment, our association has involved in many different and important roles to fulfill our goal.
After 40 years, the number and quality of Japanese restaurants and foods in Hong Kong have improved remarkably.
However, most of our achievements were reached only to those people who are involved in the business of Japanese food industry.
In future, we will act as a bridge to further permeate Japanese restaurants and Japanese foods with diversity, not only to the industry, but to the general Hong Kong public including travelers as well.
In order to achieve this purpose, our association need your support. We look forward to your opinions and suggestions.
