Chairman Toshio HIMURO

Born in Osaka. From 1989, he lives in Hong Kong. He has worked Japanese security firm and internet business. In 2003 he started to Japanese Tuna business and supplying Japanese ingredients. He is an owner of Zen Foods and, Japanese restaurant DORAYA and EC site, WARAKUYA.
In 2020, he was a Chairman of Hong Kong Japanese Restaurant of Association.

Vice Chairman Naoyuki SATO

Born in Tokyo. In 1978, joined Nadaman in Imperial hotel. Have worked in Sazanka-so, in The New Otani Hotel, in 1994, joined Chief Chef of Nadaman in Kowloon Shangri-la hotel, in 2003, opened Japanese restaurant Naozen in Hong Kong by himself. He can provide the dinner for G7 Summit in Tokyo so he got a recommendation by Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macao.
